THE CUSTOMER

Biocontrol Extermination is a Montreal company specializing in the management and extermination of insects and rodents. The company provides a full range of ecological and reliable services to owners and businesses in the greater Montreal area.

THE CHALLENGE

Mission: create a quality website that reflects the brand and the services of the company while highlighting the quality of its services and its ecological approach. The client also wished the site to be optimized to increase its performance on search engines (SEO). The site also had to respect the owner’s modest budget.

THE SOLUTION

An initial meeting allowed to probe the specific needs and requests of the client. In order to respect the proposed budget, the initial site design was limited to a home page including the main categories of services offered, testimonials from satisfied customers and a form to be completed by clients seeking to obtain more information. The client himself provided the majority of the photos that were subsequently published and included in various sections of the site. Along the way, it was decided to add two more pages to the site, a page dedicated to informing potential customers of the range of services offered by the company as well as a second page (Insect library) allowing interested parties to learn more about various insects and rodents.

Mandate:

• Design of a bilingual website on WordPress

• Optimization of a mobile version of the two sites
• Creating a marketing strategy focused on Facebook and Instagram

Results:

• Creation of a 6-page website (3 French, 3 English) containing all the necessary information to inform the public of the company’s services and encourage customers to contact the client
• Inclusion of several CTA (call to action) buttons inviting visitors to contact the company via email or phone to schedule a free evaluation. (The client’s marketing strategy also plans to take advantage of the form to encourage visitors to sign up for an eventual newsletter)
• Creation of an exhaustive library of insects and rodents that allows internet users to familiarize themselves with the types of insects or rodents that have invaded their homes or businesses. The information contained on this page will be used by the client to post practical information on his Facebook page and increase traffic to his website
• Google Analytics website registration (Includng Facebook Pixel integration)
• Google My Business website registration
• Significant increase in the company’s visibility and credibility with its target clientele
• Conversations and exchanges with a growing Facebook subscriber community
